Chapels from the Heart
For your viewing and spiritual enjoyment, Nazarene Bible College provides online chapel videos. Most weeks, there are two services held in Strickland Chapel for our campus students, faculty, and staff. Then, we make chapel videos available online. The best part? God has blessed us with wonderful NBC speakers and with guest speakers from near and far.
Periodically, we get emails about the chapel videos. The two emails we just received mentioned hectic schedules, so the videos' availability online was appreciated. One talked about how one of the chapels, building the right foundational relationship with Christ, really hit home (The Most Important Thing in Ministry, Prof. Will Mackey). The other mentioned how the chapels offer an instructive and encouraging ministry that deeply touch the heart.
Dr. Alan Lyke, our College Chaplain, hosts the chapels. This year, besides NBC speakers, we have videos featuring Al Pittman, Senior Pastor of the Calvary Worship Center, and Dr. Norman Moore, Evangelist, who speaks nationally. Air Force Chaplain LtCol David Pendleton also held a wonderful chapel. We have recently featured a concert by Fike and Dana as well as by members of the V.O.W. Samoan Church of the Nazarene. Our own NBC music students performed beautiful music at the Christmas Chapel, led by our Director of Music Ministries Program, Dr. Steven Grimo.
Overall, the chapels offer variety and spiritual instruction combined with uplifting music. We are thankful for God providing us such wonderful teachings available in bite-size, online increments. Watch a chapel video today.
