Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Primary Duties
Support Nazarene Bible College’s purpose “to glorify Jesus Christ as Lord by preparing adults to evangelize, disciple, and minister to the world.”
Enhance the Office of Academic Affairs’ effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the provost to others in the following areas:

- Appointment schedule, contacts, correspondence, and support
- Full-time and adjunct faculty relations with the college
- Reports, records, and supportive correspondence
- Academic Council secretary
- Library services liaison
- College Board of Trustees’ meetings
- Academic relations with other higher education institutions
- Institutional accreditation/authorization management
- College catalog
- Positive interaction between the Office of Academic Affairs and NBC students, faculty, and constituents
Miscellaneous Duties
- Assist as needed in various college functions
- Participate in assigned committees
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A Christian whose faith and life are in harmony with the doctrine of the Church of the Nazarene and the culture of Nazarene Bible College
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience
- High level of confidentiality
- Experience with multiple software programs with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands
In the performance of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel. The employee must be able to stand, reach, walk, climb, balance, bend, or stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to sit at a computer desk and use a computer keyboard and mouse without discomfort.
