The COMPASS Initiative is concerned about our Nazarene Pastors being able to retire and live comfortably — without feeling financially strapped. Our Journey program allows pastors to receive $10,000 toward Debt Reduction and/or Retirement Readiness. This $10,000 is a great way to jump-start and strengthen your NBUSA and Canadian TFSA contributions. Over time and with consistent contributions, your retirement savings can allow you to live enjoyably in your golden years. We’re here to help! It’s never too soon or too late to start planning for your financial future! 

COMPASS Journey = up to $10,000 

COMPASS Quest = up to $2,000

Total = up to $12,000 to pay off debt and/or invest in retirement savings!
