Spanish Language Ministry Preparation Program

My name is Tim McKeithen and I've been the Program Director for NBC's Hispanic Pastoral Ministries program since 2011. You probably have heard about the program and about the more than one hundred Latino students that have taken ministry courses in Spanish from NBC. You might have heard about the eleven students who have already graduated so far with their Bachelor of Arts in Ministerios Pastorales (Pastoral Ministries) from NBC, and that almost all of them are already continuing on in Master's degree programs.
What you might not have heard is that this year Nazarene Bible College began the Spanish-language version of the Ministry Preparation Program (MPP) called Programa de Preparación Ministerial (PPM). It is almost exactly the same program as the MPP, only in Spanish. There are 25 courses which will fulfill the educational requirements for ordination, just as they did in English.
While this is already published in the Nazarene Bible College Catalog (pages 100-102) for this year, and while there are already students enrolled and studying under this program, we think that you might know someone who needs these courses and does not yet know about them. Do you know a Latino Nazarene pastor near you who needs courses for their ordination? Please let them know about the new PPM (it’s the MPP, but in Spanish).
