Giving It Your All
Preparing for a more effective ministry (and life) is hard work! And as we talk and correspond with our students here at Nazarene Bible College, we hear daily of our students’ joys, triumphs, and challenges.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” (Colossians 3:23-24)
Give your best. Just do it. Focus. - Aren’t these all just modern ways to say “work at it with all your heart?” Concentrating on our goals leads us to giving it our all. Let the Lord be your motivation!
God doesn’t ask us to be perfect. He asks us to continually strive for perfection. Be mindful to give your best in all things, as set by His example through Jesus Christ.
