WORK SCHEDULE
Hours: 20-24 hours weekly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, as arranged
LOCATION
Administrative Operations – Lenexa, Kansas
PRIMARY DUTIES
Support Nazarene Bible College’s mission “to glorify Jesus Christ as Lord by preparing adults to evangelize, disciple, and minister to the world.”
Support the Office of Academic Affairs by fulfilling the following duties:

- Alliance program coordination
- Bookstore service management
- Course offerings and faculty assignments scheduling
- College graduation events facilitation
- Student intervention programs support
- Student academic honors coordination
- Church Based Ministry Program (CBMT) facilitation
- Faculty assistance as directed
- Learning management system support as required
- Reports, records, and correspondence as instructed
- Collaboration with Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs
- Constructive interaction between the Office of Academic Affairs and NBC students, faculty, and constituents
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
- Assist as needed in various college functions
- Participate in assigned committees
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Christian whose faith and life are in harmony with the doctrine of the Church of the Nazarene and the culture of Nazarene Bible College
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience
- High level of confidentiality
- Experience with multiple software programs with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel. The employee must be able to stand, reach, walk, climb, balance, bend, or stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to sit at a computer desk and use a computer keyboard and mouse without discomfort.
