Job Description:
BridgeWay Community Church of the Nazarene is a vibrant, engaging and growing church. Our mission is: Connecting People to Jesus, Each Other and God’s Purposes for our lives.
Our staff work as a team who collaborate on ministry and mission. We foster a relaxed and fun Christ-centered environment.
Candidates for the position should be spiritually mature and deeply in love with Jesus, passionate about teens and their families, motivated to grow by reaching in the church and out to the community. We are looking for a youth pastor to love, develop and disciple the teens who attend our church family, while also reaching out to teens in our local communities. The candidate must be able to work with our fantastic and committed volunteer team.
