- Maintain the Gospel at the center of all we do.
- Encourage and inspire spiritual growth (reaching new people and growing the people in the church)
- Disciple the congregation to know, love and serve Christ.
- Identify areas of needed ministry within our church
- Be a part of our community through involvement in our schools and town events.

Encounter Church of the Nazarene is seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic pastor. The ideal pastor would be someone who is positive and upbeat with an interest in getting involved in the community. They would like someone who is a good communicator with excellent conflict resolution skills, who can be a leader and not a dictator. They desire someone who is bold in their love for Christ and who will challenge us to do better!
