$10,000 for 40 Hours of Work in 1 Year – YES, Please!
The COMPASS Journey program is available to all District Licensed and Ordained Pastors currently serving local congregations. This program guides you through completing a plan of 40 hours of work, during the course of a year, that is designed to provide financial health for pastors and congregations. After the completion of 40 hours, $5,000 is available to pastors from COMPASS with another matching grant of $5,000 from the local church for a total of $10,000 to be used toward debt reduction and / or retirement savings.
40 hours of work + 12 months time = $10,000 is yours!
