NBC's Bachelor of Arts in Ministry degree has three components: the General Ed Core, the Bible and Theology Core, and a selected major.

The seven majors that are offered are Bible and Theology, Christian Educational Ministries, Counseling for Christian Ministries, Hispanic Pastoral Ministries (100% in Spanish – nbc.edu/es), Leadership and Ethics, Pastoral Leadership, and Pastoral Ministries.
