Leadership and Ethics (L&E) Major
Why do we, a Bible college, offer a Leadership and Ethics (L&E) major? Because our communities need capable leaders who are grounded in holiness!
L&E students can transfer in previous college credit and complete this Bachelor of Art in 2 years taking one year of Bible & Theology core requirements and one year of business and ethics requirements.
This is not a diversion from NBC's regular ministry degrees. It is an opportunity to make better leaders of those working in their communities, whether through a faith-based non-profit or at a national chain. As long as our goal is to reach people, we will need Christ-like leaders.
