Nazarene Bible College celebrates the unanimous election of Rev. Douglas R. Pierce as its 8th president, effective December 1, 2025. Rev. Pierce brings 45 years of ministry experience, including 12 years as district superintendent for the Arizona District Church of the Nazarene. He and his wife Becky co-founded Southwest Leadership Institute in 1988, supporting ministerial families and empowering multicultural ministries. Rev. Pierce currently serves as Board Chair for Point Loma Nazarene University. As NBC enters this exciting new chapter under Rev. Pierce's leadership, we invite alumni, pastors, donors, friends, and Nazarenes worldwide to partner with the College in meaningful ways:

Nazarene Bible College was established by the denomination in 1967 to provide ministerial training for non-traditional, often second-career students. Within the USA/Canada region, NBC serves in a complementary role to the denomination's other academic institutions.
